Add a pop of colour to your summer wardrobe

Updated: Jun 18, 2020

We've had an amazing summer so far in Scotland and I, for one, have been practically living in linen and lightweight clothes, especially in the studio where I've been camped out over the last few weeks as I prepare for the Bute Studio Trail open studios event taking place on 21st and 22nd July 2018. The doors have been wide open and I've been taking advantage of my outdoor couch for admin work.

It got me thinking about a more relaxed summer look and what I could do to add some colour to my pretty much all-white summer top collection. I reckoned that one of my Pastel necklaces would be perfect. They work really well adding a pop of colour to a monochrome outfit and come in a variety of colours.

The four colours (to the right) have just been released in the shop. The necklaces are fully adjustable, so can be worn at your perfect necklace length.

I couldn't resist sharing a shot of me wearing a soon-to-be-released peachy version of the necklace while I was working last week. They even add a little something to the dullest work clothes!
